Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using any of our services. By booking a service with Bin Magic, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Agreement
By booking our services, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. Bin Magic provides residential and commercial bin cleaning services on a one-off or recurring basis.
We aim to provide a reliable and high-quality service at all times. However:
In the event that we cannot carry out the service as indicated (e.g. due to access issues, vehicle breakdown, or staff shortages), we will notify you as soon as possible and re-arrange for the soonest available day.
We accept no liability for any failure to perform services on time or at all due to circumstances beyond our control.
2. Access to Bins
To carry out your bin clean successfully, please ensure:
Your bins are empty and accessible on the scheduled cleaning day.
There are no obstructions or locked gates preventing access.
If our team attends and is unable to complete the service due to reasons outside of our control, a £5 Failed Delivery Charge will apply. This will be billed to you separately and will appear as a “Failed Delivery Charge” on your invoice.
3. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking:
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we reserve the right to charge a fee to recover the cost of lost business.
We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute cancellations can result in lost time and resources.
4. Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash or card at the door
Online payment via our website
Direct debit (for regular monthly cleans)
All payments are due in accordance with your selected payment method. Invoices for missed cleans, failed deliveries, or other charges will be sent to the contact details provided during booking.
5. Service Coverage
Bin Magic currently provides services across Essex. If your area falls outside our service zone, we will contact you after your booking to confirm availability or suggest alternatives.
6. Liability & Damage
Our staff take every precaution while providing our services. However, Bin Magic accepts no liability for:
Pre-existing damage to bins
Damage caused by bin design or manufacturing faults
Delays or missed appointments due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
