FAQs
What will it cost me to have my bins cleaned monthly?
Just £5.00 for a standard 240L wheelie bin – that’s the price of a coffee for a sparkling clean bin! Fresh, hygienic, and hassle-free – it’s bin cleaning made easy.
What bins do you clean?
All bins of any size; from the small square recycle bins and the small food-waste caddy bins, right up through the different sizes of wheelie bins, up to the big 1100 litre commercial bins. Size is no problem for us as we can clean any sizes you have, including clinical bins for hospitals, schools etc.
How often will you come round to clean my bins?
We offer a monthly cleaning schedule or a one-off service as and when you require it. Just leave your empty bins out ready and we’ll be round on the agreed day to thoroughly wash and deodorise your bins, and after cleaning, they will be returned neatly back to your property.
How do I pay you?
Want to see what we’re all about? Try our one-off clean and see the magic for yourself! You can book online and pay directly at checkout – it’s as easy as that!
Love the results? It’s easy to start a monthly plan! Simply set up a direct debit through our website for a hassle-free, ongoing service that keeps your bins fresh all year round.
Do I have to be in attendance while you clean my bins?
No, there is no need for you to be in when we call, just so long as we can gain access to your bins. (If no access can be gained, this may incur a £5 fee.)
For companies that have bins locked away in a yard or bin shed and want their bins serviced either during the day or out of hours, we can accommodate this by arranging specific time or being a keyholder, and once we have finished, we will make sure your yard is locked securely before we leave.
For your peace of mind, all of our operatives have to complete an ‘enhanced DBS check’ because as responsible key holders, we owe it to our customers to show that we can be trusted in the service we provide.
Which areas do you cover?
A full list of the areas we cover can be found on this website, however if you would like us to clean your bins but we don’t have your areas covered, then please feel free to fill out our contact form and tell us the area with the postcode and we will try and accommodate you.
What is the process?
Just check our website homepage, as there is a simple explanation of the entire process from start to finish!
What happens when my bin emptying schedule is affected by a bank holiday?
Your bin schedule will no longer be affected by bank holidays, as you can put your rubbish and recycling out as you would on a normal day.
