How Does Bin Magic Work?
The Process For Customers When You Have Booked Your Clean
- You will get confirmation of your order
- If you choose to pay directly online you will get confirmation immediately on this. If you choose to pay on the day (Please read message below)
- Once you place your order with Bin Magic, you will receive a message at some point during the day via a Whatsapp message through your phone giving you all the confirmation you need. (If you don’t use Whatsapp, don’t worry as we will send you your messages via text message).
- You will be told on what day/s the cleaning will commence. Normally the first clean will always be on the day your bins are emptied.
- If you have several bins that are all cleaned on different days or weeks we will send you a detailed schedule telling you the dates that we will be attending your home to do the clean.
- For the customers that have chosen MONTHLY schedules, you will be given a full list of dates for the remainder of 2025 up to Christmas.
- If you are booking us for a one-off AD-HOC clean, you will be given the date, but this is normally the next day that the bin/s you want cleaning are to be emptied by the bin men.
- Finally, once the whatsapp message is sent to you from Bin Magic, this will then open up a direct chat-line from you to us, and enable you to liaise directly with the office as you may need to ask us something or book additional bins.
Our teams are busy, so please don’t worry if we don’t get back to you immediately, BUT rest assured your messages will be replied to that same day.
NOTE: This can also be out of hours as there is always a member of staff that will take the company phone home and they will continue to work into the evening as our operation is 24/7 and can be quite busy, but you will get a reply the same day 100%.
