Cancellation Policy

Please read the following terms of this Cancellation Policy carefully before using any of our services. By booking a service with Bin Magic, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Minimum Term for Monthly Cleans
By signing up for our discounted monthly cleaning service, you agree to a minimum commitment of 6 consecutive months. This ensures fairness and prevents cancellations after only one or two discounted cleans.Early Cancellation
If you choose to cancel before completing the 6-month term, you will be required to pay the difference between the discounted monthly rate and our standard rate for one-off cleans.How to Cancel
After the initial 6-month period, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation of your Direct Debit or subscription to our services will need to be completed after that month’s payment has been takenย (cancellation before payment is taken will result in immediate cancellation of our services).Pausing or Rescheduling
If you need to temporarily pause your service (e.g., holidays or access issues), please let us know in at least 24 hours in advance. (See section 3 of our Ts&Cs) Pauses do not count towards the 6-month minimum term, and the commitment will resume when service continues.
